If I were in your shoes letting somebody clean my own barbeque, I’d want to know it’s going to be done right. I wouldn’t want a half-assed job, rushed through just so they can move on to the next person. I’d want a solid, honest job, the kind of thumbs up from the old man you’d expect as a Kiwi. That’s where I come in. I built BBQ Cleaners Christchurch because I wanted to offer something simple: a proper, detailed clean, servicing, repairs, & assembly that makes your BBQ feel brand new again, in a market where there aren’t actually many businesses doing it.

Every job matters to me because I want to put a smile on your face, do an honest job, maybe even get invited back for dinner & hear “same time next year?” for when you know it will be due for another clean. Whether it’s your Weber Kettle handed down from your grandfather, or a Masport 6 burner you’re still wondering if you should’ve bought a smaller BBQ I’ll treat it like it’s mine. BBQs have always been a big part of my life for a while now, & I’d love to talk with you about yours. For some people, especially me, it’s more than just a flame & a grill. It’s the centrepiece for meals, memories, & time with family & friends.

This isn’t my first go at running a business either. For the past four years I’ve also run Dunstan Photography, which has taught me a lot about professionalism, reliability, & looking after clients. Those lessons have carried straight over into this business: I’ll show up when I say I will, be genuine because everybody you meet knows something you don’t, do the job so well you’ll want me back before next summer, & take the time, even if it seems a bit slow, to get things right.

I’m not a franchise or a chain, although sure, that would be great one day. For now, I’m still trying to keep my hair. I’m local, independent, & building this from the ground up. That means every clean, service, repair, or assembly is personal to me, & every customer is someone I genuinely want to look after. I know reputation is everything, & I want mine built on honest work & good results, the kind you’ll tell your neighbour over the fence or your mates on Facebook.
