Prices apply to eligible gas BBQs within the selected size and cart category. Parts, repairs, rust restoration, internal gas work, commercial equipment, specialist smokers and unusually excessive buildup are not included. Photos may be requested before confirming the plan and final price.

Cooking surfaces

Cooking grills, hotplates and removable cooking components are cleaned to remove grease, grime and carbon buildup.

Firebox cleaning

Accessible internal areas are scraped, cleaned and degreased, including the firebox and grease-collection areas.

Grease trays

Accessible grease trays and drip areas are emptied and cleaned as part of the deep-clean service.

Exterior clean

The accessible exterior of the BBQ is cleaned and tidied so the whole unit presents better.

Visual inspection

Accessible burners, ignition components, hoses and the regulator receive a basic visual check while the BBQ is being cleaned.

Are all appointments full deep cleans?
Yes. Each appointment included in the plan is a professional deep clean based on the selected BBQ size and cart category.
How often will my BBQ be cleaned?
The quarterly plan includes one clean every three months, the four-monthly plan includes one every four months, the six-monthly plan includes one every six months and the annual plan includes one every 12 months.
Do I have to remember the next appointment?
No. BBQ Cleaners Christchurch will contact you when your next deep clean is coming due and arrange a suitable booking.
Are replacement parts included?
No. Replacement parts and repairs are separate. Any issue found during the clean can be discussed with you before extra work is completed.
Is internal gas work included?
No. BBQ Cleaners Christchurch does not carry out internal gas repairs. External parts help, cleaning, assembly and other non-gas work may still be available.
Can I move an appointment?
Yes, subject to availability and reasonable notice. The clean can be moved to another suitable date within the plan period.
Do I pay upfront?
Payment arrangements can be confirmed when the plan is booked. The total shown is the full discounted cost of the included cleans.
What happens if my BBQ is unusually dirty?
The plan covers a normal deep clean for the selected category. Extreme buildup, heavy rust, specialist equipment or work outside the standard service may require an adjusted quote.
